Prepare to Sell Your Home
Once you have registered, a Realtor® from our brokerage will contact you for a phone consultation. Then, you will receive a data form to be completed. Afterward, we will create your MLS® listing and send it back to you for your approval before posting it on the MLS®
You Sell Your Home
Your listing is now live on MLS® and Realtor.ca. Your contact information will be accessible to all agents and potential clients via your listing. You are responsible for all inquiries, showings, offers, and negotiations. Then, you must notify Property Network when you have signed an offer. (As per MLS® rules.)
Sold and Saved
Congratulations! Now, you have sold your property successfully. Enjoy the big savings! And prepare for closing. You must send a copy of the offer to your lawyer and our brokerage to update your listing status on the MLS®. (SOLD)
