Steps for Selling on Your Own
Prepare to Sell Your Home
Once you have registered, a Realtor® from our brokerage will contact you for a phone consultation. Then, you will receive a data form to be completed. Afterward, we will create your MLS® listing and send it back to you for your approval before posting it on the MLS®
You Sell Your Home
Your listing is now live on MLS® and Realtor.ca. Your contact information will be accessible to all agents and potential clients via your listing. You are responsible for all inquiries, showings, offers, and negotiations. Then, you must notify Property Network when you have signed an offer. (As per MLS® rules.)
Sold and Saved
Congratulations! Now, you have sold your property successfully. Enjoy the big savings! And prepare for closing. You must send a copy of the offer to your lawyer and our brokerage to update your listing status on the MLS®. (SOLD)

You can list your property on the MLS for up to 6 months. However, you may cancel your listing at any time without any additional cost.
With this package, you, the owner, will be responsible for managing all showings, open houses, inspections, and appraisals (if any).
With this package, the owner is responsible for negotiating the offer. In this case, we recommend you contact your lawyer before signing any document. Or, you can ask our brokerage to add-on the Offer Management package for an additional $1,995.00
To have your property listed on the MLS® database, and to fully maximize your home's exposure, you will have to cooperate with selling agents representing buyers. Nevertheless, as a For Sale by Owner listing, you can decide the amount of commission to offer.
