Selling your home with no commission

Selling your home without a Realtor is not as difficult as you may think. The Toronto real estate market as an example is the best supported case, with many buyers and low inventory selling your home with zero percent commission can be achieved. Save thousands of dollars on the sale of your home with ForSaleDirect.ca !  !

Today’s homeowners have several options to selling their homes online. The most popular way of course is through a Realtor. This brings with it a hefty fee. Typically 4-6% commission depending on area and realtor.  Factor that by the average home in Toronto ( $900,000)  That’s about $45,000 dollars based on 5% commission.  With that kind of money, you can buy a car, or perhaps send your child to University.  What really sells your home?  If you ask most realtors, they like to say, “well, that’s easy, it’s me” WRONG! The answer is the MLS. 99% of listings are sold via the MLS. So the magic sauce is the MLS, not the Realtor.  So, all you have to do is get on the MLS. That’s where we come in. We partner with a Real Estate Company who is progressive and allows us to list your home through them on the MLS.

You see, you have to a member of the Real Estate Board to list on the MLS.

So, most Realtors don’t like this idea, we can all understand why, but it’s what sells quickly. It may not be the fastest, and let’s face it, you’re NOT paying commission so why would a realtor want to show your home? You have to wait for buyers to come directly to you. OR you might be approached by another realtor who is asking for you to pay their commission. Why not? It’s a fair price and better than 5%, you’ll likely pay the 2.5% if anything or less. Feel free to negotiate your deal before viewing any offer.
